• You are not listed on any national or international sanctions list, anti-money laundering watchlist, or problem-gambling self-exclusion registry to which vo777 subscribes.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of vo777 or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You are registering for your own personal entertainment and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.

vo777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. If a Member is found to be ineligible, their account will be suspended pending investigation. Following investigation, the account may be permanently closed and any Balance may be withheld if vo777 determines that the ineligibility was accompanied by fraudulent intent or a material misrepresentation at the time of registration.

To access vo777's real-money products, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

One Account Per Member: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform at any given time. Opening or attempting to open a second account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed immediately, and any balances or bonuses associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Account Currency: All accounts on vo777 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Once an account is opened, the account currency cannot be changed.

Accurate Information: If any information provided during registration subsequently changes — including your name, address, or payment details — you are obligated to update your account information promptly. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Accepted Payment Methods: vo777 supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) for bank transfer transactions; and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja for e-wallet transactions. Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit on vo777 is Rp 10.000. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above a specified threshold may trigger additional KYC verification requirements. vo777 reserves the right to apply individual deposit limits where responsible gaming considerations warrant doing so.

Withdrawal Limits and Processing Times: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of request submission during peak banking hours. Deposits Must Be From Own Funds: All funds deposited into your vo777 Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties, borrowed funds, or funds acquired through fraudulent means are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

• Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• vo777 charges zero processing fees on all local bank transfer and e-wallet channels.
• If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• vo777 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating account where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories for each bonus are stated on the individual promotion page. As a general guide:

• Slots and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward satisfying the wagering requirement.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20% per bet.
• Sportsbook bets on markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) typically contribute 0% toward the wagering requirement.

Bonus Validity: Each bonus carries a specific validity period, stated at the time of issue. If the wagering requirement is not satisfied before the bonus expires, both the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. No extension will be granted unless vo777 determines that a technical fault on the Platform caused the delay.

Bonus Abuse: vo777 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close any account, where there is reasonable evidence that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; coordinating with other Members to guarantee outcomes for a low-risk bonus completion; or exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the Platform's bonus calculation systems.

General Rules: All bets and wagers placed on vo777 are final and binding once confirmed. A bet is confirmed at the moment the Platform issues a bet confirmation reference number to the Member. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where vo777's specific product rules expressly permit in-play cash-out functionality.

• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, bonus restrictions, or account suspension decisions.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to disguise your true geographic location and circumvent access restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vo777 support staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any component of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or facilitating access for any person known to be subject to self-exclusion or a court-imposed gaming ban.

vo777 is required under its international gaming licence to implement a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Excluded Losses: Under no circumstances shall vo777 be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether vo777 has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss arising from a Member's reliance on any information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Loss caused by events outside vo777's reasonable control, including banking system outages, telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, acts of government, or natural disasters.

Force Majeure: vo777 shall not be in breach of these Terms and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including systemic banking outages affecting BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any other supported payment provider.

Voluntary Closure: A Member may close their vo777 Account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Involuntary Suspension: vo777 reserves the right to suspend any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances applies:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Member's Account has been accessed from a Prohibited Territory.
• The Account has been flagged by vo777's fraud detection systems.
• A KYC verification request has gone unanswered for more than 30 days.
• The Member has submitted a self-exclusion request via the Responsible Gaming tools.
• vo777 is required to act by its licensing authority or by a court order.

Account Closure and Forfeiture: Where an Account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms — particularly in cases involving fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or underage gambling — the entire Account Balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, may be forfeited. vo777 will report such cases to the relevant authorities where required under its licensing obligations.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Where a Member requests account closure on Responsible Gaming grounds — including via the self-exclusion programme — vo777 will return any remaining real-money Balance and will suppress future marketing communications in accordance with the Member's stated preferences.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vo777's international gaming licence is held. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the vo777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, Members are encouraged to raise any dispute or complaint directly with the vo777 support team via Live Chat or by email to support@vo777. bio. vo777 aims to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of receipt. Where a complaint relates to a specific bet settlement or game outcome, vo777 will request the relevant transaction logs from the Game Provider concerned and will communicate a decision within 5 business days.

Escalation: If a Member is not satisfied with vo777's resolution of a complaint, the Member may escalate the matter to vo777's licensing authority using the contact details provided on the licensing certificate, which is available upon written request to support@vo777.bio.

No Class Actions: All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. Members waive any right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration against vo777 in any forum.

vo777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — that is, where it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — vo777 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where contact details are available, via email to registered Members.

Minor amendments, such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised with each amendment, regardless of the nature of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
